Eckstein 2013-12-11 2: Lamprospora densireticulata, asci with spores, Germany, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Roggendorf, KBR Kieswerk, leg. M. Vega & T. Richter 2013-01-05
Apothecia: 1-2(3) mm in diameter, first spherical, becoming cup-shaped, finally thick and discoid with a flat hymenium, sessile, mostly with a low and narrow fimbriate margin, hymenium varies from orange-red to reddish to scarlet, margin and outer surface are slightly paler
Paraphyses: filiform, straight, pluriseptate, rarely branched, gradually enlarged towards the apex, terminal cell 50-90 × 5-8 µm, distinctive carotenoid pigment
Asci: cylindric, 8-spored, 220-400(460) × 18-25(28) µm, uniseriate
Ascospores: hyalin, subglobose, 14-17(17.8) × 13-16(16.5) µm (ornamentation included), Q: 1.03-1.1 (1.15), lipid drop, 9-11 µm, ornamentation consists of a fine often irregular sometimes incomplete polygonal net with 10 to 20 meshes across spore diameter, ridges approximately 0.3-0.5 µm wide and less than 0.4 µm high
Ectal excipulum: textura intricata-angularis of thin-walled cylindric cells 20-70 × 6-20 µm and thick-walled polygonal cells, 15-30 × 10-20 µm
Host: Aloina ambigua
Infection:  on rhizoids appressoria 8-15 µm wide and 15-32 µm long, sometimes 1 septate, usually entirely covered by several layers of accompanying hyphae, infection pegs are usually growing from the central part of appresoria and penetrate the rhizoid wall
Distribution: Austria, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Germany, Hungary, The Netherlands (voucher in B), Spain
